ADAhub release

Today we are rolling out an updated version of the SPæl noise mapping system and rebranding it ADAhub. The new URL is adahub.net however the old URLs will still work for the next six months. There are a few changes on login including Cookie and Privacy warnings and links to our GDPR policies which require acceptance, but that is a once-only task. Current users will be asked to enter an email address on their next login. This will be used for password reset and will be the default email address for the user account. There is a check box for opt to receive notifications to this email address or set up different email addresses for notifications within the system. New users must now register and will receive user authentication subject to approval.

Changes to the system include:

- Virtual meter improvements. The site centre is now automatically estimated relative to real meters but can be manually adjusted as required. The levels at virtual meters are calculated using directivity and values from all of the real meters in the system (previously only one real meter’s data was used). This improves the accuracy of virtual measurements.

- Reports have improved formatting

- Updated model libraries including more intuitive sound level labelling for stage objects

- Under the hood a major re-write of the code with faster performance
